THE BRIEFING

Frequently Asked

Real answers about real humans.

Is this really not AI?+

Absolutely not. Every single reply is typed by a real, vetted human being. We don't use chatbots, generated responses, or AI 'assistants' behind the scenes. We believe in the power of real empathy that silicon can't replicate.

Who are the humans on the other side?+

Our team includes trained counselors, life coaches, peer-support specialists and warm, empathetic listeners. Every advisor is interviewed, background-checked and trained in active listening and boundaries.

Is this therapy?+

We provide emotional companionship, active listening, and advice — not licensed medical or psychiatric care. Many of our advisors have counseling backgrounds, but if you're in crisis we'll point you to proper professional help right away.

What hours are they available?+

Standard subscribers (Monthly & Yearly) get 12 hours of coverage every day, based on your timezone. Premium members (The Constant) get 24/7 access — yes, including 3am.

Do I use WhatsApp or Telegram?+

Whichever you prefer. After payment we'll ask you to pick one, and you'll receive a private number for your dedicated advisor on that platform.

How fast will they reply?+

During active hours, expect a real response within a few minutes. Yearly and Premium members get priority routing for even faster replies.

Is my conversation private?+

Yes. Conversations happen on WhatsApp or Telegram, which both use end-to-end encryption. Our advisors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. What you share stays between you and your human.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I switch plans later?+

Of course. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account. We'll prorate the difference.

What if I don't click with my advisor?+

Just tell us. We'll match you with a different human, no awkwardness. Connection matters — we want you to find someone you actually look forward to talking to.
